30-Day Return Policy
We want you and your dog to love your harness. If it's not the right fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Receive Return Label
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.

Ship It Back
Package your item securely with all original packaging and attach the return label.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your harness at no additional cost.
Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll send the new item as soon as we receive your return.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for exchanges and size issues. For standard returns, a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund to cover our costs.
